We do not have a separate warehouse, so orders are primarily packed during shop hours (Thursday - Sunday). This also means that stock online reflects what we have in store. If it's available online, it's also available in store.

Books are shipped via Auspost from our shopfront at 55 Peel st, West Melbourne.

Click & Collect is also available through our shopfront.

We use post-consumer waste to ship our products, so don't be alarmed if your order arrives in a box from one of our distributors.

We source all our packaging from Hero Packaging or Heaps Good Packaging and our printing is done with Sustainable Printing Co or Indigiprint. We endeavour to keep our packaging minimal to reduce waste and encourage you to reuse any packaging materials.

We do not do change of mind returns. If your book arrives damaged, please get in contact with us with photos attached and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
